Privacy Policy

Welcome to Run and Clash ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy while you engage in our location-based territory warfare game.

1. Information We Collect

A. Location Data (Core Game Mechanic)
To function, "Run and Clash" requires access to your device's precise geolocation (GPS).

• Usage: We use your coordinates to determine your position on the map, calculate territory capture areas ("polygons"), and resolve battles (overlaps) with other players.
• Storage: Location data points defining your captured territories are stored securely to render them on the global game map.
• Visibility: Your captured territories are visible to other players. However, your real-time live location is not broadcast publicly unless you are actively battling for territory.

B. User Accounts
We collect your chosen "Codename" to identify your territories. We also track game statistics such as total area captured and rank.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the gaming service and render the map.
• To calculate mathematical intersections (battles) between territories.
• To ensure fair play and detect GPS spoofing.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your in-game Codename and captured territory shapes are public information within the game environment.

4. Your Rights

You may revoke location access at any time via your device settings, though the game will cease to function. You may request account deletion by contacting support.
